We run studies on comprehensive titling as required, legal and/or administrative procedures, and legal and technical advice required for the structuring and development of all processes regarding construction of selling of assets.

Our services include consultancy in the urban enablement of grounds, their subdivision, accumulation, independence and the promotion of requirements for changes in zoning, titling of rustic and urban grounds, performing municipal and registration procedures, obtaining building licenses, operating licenses and connected permits.

Our experience allows us to offer advice in the execution and impulse of related procedures before different government entities, such as the Public Registry, INDECOPI, municipalities, regional governments, different departments of state, de-centralized offices and local authorities.
